Instructions to Loading a Paxar Monarch 1131 Pricing Gun

The Paxar Monarch 1131 Pricing Gun is an easy to use pricing gun that is part of the 1130 series. It has the ability to print up to 8 characters at a time. Pricing labels are inexpensive and easy to find. Replacing the labels can be a bit of a challenge at times, but by following the provided steps, you will soon be on your way.

  1. Pull the latches back and open the cover until you hear a click.

  2. Tear off the first ten inches of the labels and liner.

  3. Place the label roll between the holders.

  4. Drape the supply across the labeler and position it in the center over the peel bar.

  5. Close the cover.

  6. Hold the trigger down while holding the labeler upside down.

  7. Feed label strip over the roller and into the large slot under the arrows.

  8. Hold the strip in place and squeeze he trigger eight times until the labels feed through the rear exit.

  9. Remove and discard any loose labels.
