Spend some of that money you are saving by not gambling and treat yourself to a fun shopping day. Whether you are looking for a souvenir of your trip or a new pair of designer shades for when you sit out by the hotel pool, this shopping destination will certainly not disappoint. Most of the major hotels have luxury shopping arcades located within the hotel grounds, so you will not have to travel far to fulfill your shopping needs. Popular shopping destinations include the Via Bellagio at the Bellagio Hotel, Mandalay Place at the Mandalay Bay Hotel or Le Boulevard at Paris Las Vegas, where according to, you will feel like you are strolling along the Parisian streets while you shop.


Enjoy your evenings in true Las Vegas style by attending one of the numerous shows that take place each night in this entertainment capital. No matter what you like, there is sure to be something for everyone in Las Vegas. If you are in the mood for something exciting, try a showing of Cirque de Soleil and watch the amazing costumes and acrobatics in action. Sing the night away at a musical like "Phantom of the Opera", "The Lion King" or "Jersey Boys." Vegas is also a great place for a concert, and you have the opportunity to see some of the greats live, such as Cher, Elton John and Celine Dion. Plan ahead and look for ticket deals to help save a few bucks.

Smoke-Free Casinos

Enjoy a rousing game of roulette or hand of poker by gambling at a smoke-free room or area in one of the many casinos in Las Vegas. According to, several of the large hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, including the Bellagio, Mirage, Ceasars and Golden Nugget, have non-smoking areas where you can experience the excitement of the casinos without the worries of second-hand smoke.
